Something is going wrong. Where to find the error messages?

NewsPoint is running as a default Windows service. All background processes are writing their information and error messages into the standard event log. Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer. There you go to the Application folder. Now you can review all relevant NewsPoint messages at the right panel. All NewsPoint messages will be named NewsPoint in the source.
