With
the Scheduler software you can control everything in your
digital signage system. You will see live thumnails of all
connected players and which playlist and file is
currently displayed. When you use Microsoft PowerPoint presentations,
you will even see the current slide number.
The
players
Once
the player software is installed and running, it will automatically
add itself to the list of players in your system. You can
now assign playlists to it. Also you can group players
for easier playlist assignments and overviews.
The
playlists
Add
files or even complete folders to your playlist. With a
folder selected, all files of that folder are embedded
in your playlist without selecting all the individual files.
Play the files in a fixed order or set it to play randomly.
The
assignments
Now
that you have the definitions of the players and the playlists,
you can now schedule a playlist in your agenda for a specific
player or a group of players. This could be a single one-time
playlist assignment or a recurrent
schedule e.g. for every Monday morning.

Clear
scalable overview of all your play assignments. Colors
indicate the playlist priorities.
Your
'message'
The
player software will start the playlist automatically without
user intervention, at the time specified. No need
to copy over all your multimedia files as this part is
done by the iPoint server software without network shares
etc.
