While the Company's roots
are in the Pacific Northwest, our team has served clients
in Europe, Asia and throughout the United States. At present,
the Company has bankers and associates working throughout
the United States, Mexico and Japan. Our clients include
privately and publicly held corporations, non-profit organizations,
and governmental entities.
Traditionally, when our bankers have prepared to
make initial group presentations to prospective clients,
they have had a significant amount of number crunching and
subsequent preparation in putting together a finely tuned
presentation illustrating the significant added value Capital
Access offers. A less than desirable alternative would have
been to present a standard “canned” presentation which neither
reflected the prospective client's business situation nor
their desired funding.

| Using PresentationPoint 's DataPoint
software, Capital Access now has a unique means of generating
the same high quality custom presentations, each tailored specifically
to the prospective client, in under 2 minutes! Armed
with the DataPoint , we created a template from our polished
PowerPoint presentations which is linked to a sophisticated
Excel spreadsheet.
Now, when a banker is preparing
for a group presentation, they simply enter key information
into the spreadsheet and a few
mouse clicks later all of the relevant information (both
calculated – e.g. financial data, and non-calculated – e.g.
client name, objective, etc.) are
seamlessly inserted into the PowerPoint template. This has been
previously not possible between Excel and PowerPoint. We
have further refined automated this process by creating a user
friendly Excel workbook (color coded and locked cells, error
checking, code for printing, naming and saving presentations,
etc.) with function buttons including one to “Generate Presentation”.
The support we received from PresentationPoint Software was
instrumental and invaluable in making this project a success.
