The Asset Quality and Disposition
Division is responsible for the quality of our assets (loans)
and reporting this to
management. To achieve this goal we use several Microsoft
Access databases to gather, organize, sort, summarize and
generate reports and presentations.
In the past we would export data to Microsoft Excel and
then link to our Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
Now with PresentationPoint’s
DataPoint software we are able to skip the middle step of
using Microsoft Excel, saving
us a lot of time and completely automated. We are
currently generating some 8 presentations a month and plan
to migrate more of our reports and presentations.
DataPoint allowed us to streamline
several processes and saved at least 3 days a month that
now can be spend on our core business. The program is extremely
user-friendly and fun to use.
